Carol Isvak Joins Scan-Optics as Vice President, Multi-Vendor Solutions

(Manchester, CT – April 26, 2011)  Carol Isvak has joined Access Services, a division of Scan-Optics, LLC, as Vice President, Multi-Vendor Services.  Isvak will drive new service initiatives and strategic support partnerships for a wide variety of scanning, mailing, and imaging hardware platforms in Access Services' OEM, distributor/reseller, and direct customer channels.

Isvak has extensive sales and service business development experience in the US and Canada for technology companies providing high-performance printing, statement outsourcing, and disaster recovery solutions.  She served as Director of Business Development & Service Marketing at BOWE BELL & HOWELL, where she was successful in winning new service partners while leading a team of business solutions managers on projects delivering new field service solutions across North America.  In her role as OEM Sales Manager at Delphax Systems, she managed their third-party sales channel, providing non-impact print engines to printer OEMs such as Xerox, IBM, Siemens, Moore Business, Check Technology, and to federal government system integrators.
