Michael Chisholm Joins Scan-Optics as Solution Design Consultant
Industry Veteran to Have Key Role in Applying ProcessPower Capabilities
(Manchester, CT – August 6, 2009) Michael Chisholm has joined Scan-Optics as a Solution Design Consultant.
He will work closely with sales and applications engineering teams, and with customers, to design and implement the custom solutions that have been Scan-Optics’ hallmark for over 40 years. A major focus will be on introducing customers to ProcessPower, a breakthrough suite of solutions for improving the way information is moved through organizations.
Chisholm brings more than 20 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management software and outsourcing services to his new role. Since earning his bachelor’s degree from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, MD, he has worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland, Wang Laboratories, and Eastman Software. Most recently, he was employed from 2000 to 2009 by Global 360, a provider of process and document management solutions, where he worked with customers including AFLAC, Cigna, MetLife, several state and local government agencies, and the federal departments of Justice, Treasury and Homeland Security.
