JEFF MITCHELL

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Mitchell has worked in the high-tech industry with Fortune 500 companies and startup ventures his entire career. He is a proven business builder, having been appointed repeatedly to transform large global organizations into high-performing growth engines. Most recently, Jeff was President & CEO of Compass Group, a full-service management and consulting company providing advanced SaaS software solutions to a wide spectrum of clients.

Jeff has held global executive leadership positions at Thomson Learning as SVP, Global Sales and Professional Services and as VP, Application Software at Siemens as well as serving as VP, Executive Managing Director, Sales at LexisNexis Group.  He started his career at Xerox, was an executive for the first e-marketplace startup in the consumer packaged-goods industry and has extensive experience in providing Intelligent Data Management, SaaS and cloud-based solutions.

ISRAEL ORDONEZ

Chief Technology Officer

Israel serves as the Chief Technology Officer and a key member of the executive leadership team.

Israel is charged with leading the corporate technology and innovation strategy, setting vision and direction for the technology portfolio, product development roadmap, software development and the operation of infrastructure, platforms, professional services and applications.

Israel previously worked at Valassis, a provider of marketing services, data capture, and analytics services.

He focused on technology modernization, standardization, and innovation, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and cost savings for global customers.

An accomplished innovation executive, Israel brings 25 years of technology leadership experience.  Throughout his career, Israel has worked as a technology consultant for various Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, ESPN, Pfizer, Unilever, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. He has primarily helped companies implement digital transformations and build comprehensive technology platforms.

JOHN YATES

Senior Vice President, Operations

John Yates joins Scan-Optics with over 25 years’ experience in digital imaging, technology and operations. He started his career with USA Today and served over 16 years in various leadership positions for the Gannett Corporation helping usher in the digital transformation era. Most recently, John held responsibility for technology and process innovation across 17 facilities for a multi- national direct mailing company. John’s diverse background in operations and technology is instrumental in the delivery of global solutions to our diverse customer base.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Arizona State University.

JERRY NERI

Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jerry leads all sales and marketing efforts and is part of the business strategy team.

Jerry brings a strong background in technology and solution sales, learning content development, and translation services to help clients achieve their strategic business initiatives. He is an experienced leader across multiple industry verticals including State, Local and the Federal Government sector and B2B markets including Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Financial Services. His passion is delighting clients with solutions that help them become more productive and efficient.

Jerry previously served as Vice President of Global Sales at Attune providing technology training and development facilities for Fortune 5000 companies. He had also served as Vice President of Sales, East at Thomson Netg where he led a team responsible for e-learning solutions, training, and development.

Jerry has a BS. In Biology from Desales University and a MS. in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University.

SASHAN BLAKE

Vice President, Account Management

Sashan is key executive on the management team having previously served 15 years in the Hospitality Industry with increasing leadership roles in corporate sales, account management and event planning.

She started her career with the Waterford Hotel Group, one the top hotel and convention center management companies in the country.  During her tenure with the company, she was involved in the management of several luxury Hilton and Sheraton properties and was awarded Manager of the Year multiple times for her outstanding performance.

Sashan also previously served as the Director of Sales for Island Hospitality Management and has leadership experience across globally recognized brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG.
